This show is a DOUBLE SANCTION ALL BREED YOUTH and Open SHOW ALSO SPECIALTY SHOW MIN-LOP AND AMERICAN CHINCHILLA

Entries In By 8:30 am, Specialty Show entries must be pre- registered, Judging Starts at 8:00 am, Checker Giants start at 8:30 am All other judging starts at 9:00am

Early Entry Show Fee $2.75 Received by Wednesday September 23, 2009 , 10PM EST
Call ins accepted until 10pm September 23, 2009, mail in entries must be receive by this date

Rabbit only, enter as many costumes as you want. Entry fee - $2.75
Winner receives a $50 Saving Bond!! Awards to top 5 places

Corn Hole contest - Entry Fee $1.00,  100% payback top three places

 Run for the Carrot Rabbit Race - Entry fee .25 cents. 100% payback

Breeds that had 12 or more animals in the 2009 show will be sanctioned next year. (If you would like to sponsor a sanction E-Mail us show@hhrabbit.com.)
Sanction fee will be paid to Hippity Hop Club or you may make check directly to the breed club.

Showroom will open at 6:00 AM on Saturday Sept 26. Entries in by   8:30 AM ,

 

 

SHOW RULES

 

1. This is an officially sanctioned ARBA show and will be governed by the latest rules of the ARBA.
2. Clark Co. Hippity Hop Rabbit club will not be responsible for fire, theft, accidental or providential destruction; however every precaution will be taken to prevent these mishaps.
3. Show Committee reserves the right to substitute judges as necessary.
4. This will be a carrying cage show.
5. Free tattoo service will be available day of show for youth exhibitors. All rabbits must be permanently and legibly tattooed in the left ear or the rabbit will not be eligible for show.
6. Any rabbit showing signs of disease will be removed from the show area and entry fees forfeited.
7. YOUTH ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING THEIR ANIMALS TO THE SHOW TABLE. Another Youth may assist. Adults will not assist Youth.
8. ADA accessible facility, special needs call adult leader or secretary. E-Mail show@hhrabbit.com
9. Children will be responsible for their parents.
10. Remark cards, trophies, and ribbons must be picked up day of show as none will be mailed.
11. Rabbits offered for sale must be 56 days or older as per Indiana state law. To sell rabbits you must be an exhibitor.
12. Judges decisions are final.
13. Classes will be called three (3) times except in Youth Show. Every effort will be made to locate exhibitor.
14. No rabbits are to be bred in the showroom.
15. Show superintendent will determine the judging order.
16. Exhibitors are responsible for their rabbits.
17. Rabbits must be entered in regular class to be eligible for fur class.
18. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages are permitted. Those not complying will be turned into the local law enforcement.
19. CCHHRC reserve the right to refuse or reject any rabbit entry.
20. No one will be allowed behind judging table except for official helpers.
21. Anyone harassing, interfering with, or attempting to influence a judge will be disqualified and all winnings forfeited.
22. No other animals will be allowed in the showroom.
